No information in billing history

On the 17th of april $13 was deducted from my account covering domain fee. I am not sure why, but there is no information about this in my billing history. I need the receipt, but it is not possible as it is not in billing history.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How many username accounts do you have and which one was billed for which upgrade to which blog is up to you to work out.
You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog who is the Admin of it and who purchased upgrades for it to access it and locate > Store > Billing History for it.

$ 13.– should be for the domain mapping
You might need to be logged in as the EXACT account that purchased the upgrade to see the billing history – do you have a second account / name that you have used or did you have someone else (that worked on the blog but with your company) use your credit card to purchase the upgraded? Were they maybe logged into the blog and you entered the billing info?
