when I want to print my receipt, this message (redacted)’ shows up
When i want to check payment options, I can’t see any card registered…very bizarre

Go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ from the account where that transaction occurred.
The account you are using here has never made any purchases so you’re not going to find any receipts.
If you know which site is connected to the charge share that information with us here. Be careful to not to share any transaction or receipt IDs in public forums, like this, as they are unique to your account only.
