No "instal theme" button on my dashboard to down load my Devi theme, Help ! :)

Hello, I just bought the Devi theme and when I press on “appearances”, and “themes, I don’t have the ” Instal Themes” button on my dashboard. I am alone here and don’t really know what I am missing, I think I maybe am doing things in the wrong order but I don’t know what I have to do. I tried getting a new wordPress free site but never could sign in, the page just blocks at some point. So I am now trying on an old WordPress I made 2 years ago ! I don’t know what to do; The Devi them cost me a lot and I don’t know which step I should be taking now to enjoy building my site ? :)

Hi there. It is not possible to upload themes bought elsewhere to a WordPress.com blog: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/ You can ONLY use the themes available in the theme gallery, here: http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no way you’ll be able to use that theme for your WordPress.com website, so I suggest you find out if you can get a refund for it.
The other option is to set up a self-hosted WordPress.org website (for which you’ll need to buy your own domain and hosting) and the install your theme there: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Yes ! I do not want to use it on this old wordpress page.. I want to have my own new site, domain, hosting etc ! yes;.. so I will follow your links and hope it will work thank you. So you are sure that this way, I will have no problems building my site by my self ? I will not need anything else or anybody ? I can do it myself easily yes ? (thanks for answering)

I can’t guarantee that :) If you go self-hosted you’ll have to figure out a lot of things for yourself. You won’t have the tech support, security and automatic backups we have here. If your site gets hacked or something stops working you’ll have to fix it yourself. You can post in the WordPress.org forums for help, but it won’t be like here where you can just tag it for staff and they fix it for you.
I suggest you carefully read the documentation on the WordPress.org site I linked for you above and make sure you understand what it entails before you start spending any money. I have no experience with that platform, so I can’t help you any more than this, I’m afraid.
