No install.php file in wp-admin

  A folder /C:/Users/JerryS/AppData/Local/Temp/Temp1_wordpress-4.0.zip/wordpress/wp-admin/ has been placed on my computer but this folder does *not* contain any file “install.php” and when I click on the wp-admin/install.php link at

  file:///C:/Users/JerryS/AppData/Local/Temp/Temp1_wordpress-4.0.zip/wordpress/readme.html

  I get: File not found

  Firefox can’t find the file at /C:/Users/JerryS/AppData/Local/Temp/Temp1_wordpress-4.0.zip/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question. Are you trying to install WordPress?

  WordPress.com users do not have access to the php. If you are asking about a WordPress.org blog, do so in their forums.

  Also, there is no reason to post a question four times.
