No invoice / billing history empty & how can I cancel my plan?

1) The billing history is empty – we just got charged via paypal. How do I get the invoice?
2) How can I cancel my subscription?

Looking at a previous post you made in the forum I suspect you’re still not logging in to the correct account as only the owner of the site in question will have full permissions and see the billing history.

If you want further help by staff can you confirm which address are you asking about? This is WordPress.com. Are you sure the PayPal charge was from them? The above link is for a self-hosted site.

The site is the primary site domain. The “original” URL is: engineeringgutefrage.wordpress.com.
So, no self-hosted site.

I think the lack of response is down to the lack of details you have supplied so far. engineeringgutefrage.wordpress.com seems to divert to engineering.gutefrage.net (which when I visit attempts to load annoying popups on my PC) and which is hosted by Hetzner Online.
What subscription do you wish to cancel and is it a WordPress.com subscription? Have you an upgraded plan? (with which you can have live chat support) Are you trying to cancel Domain mapping? Are you still unable to log into your WordPress.com account to see your billing history and the Manage Purchases area as there you can untick auto-renew.
I have ticked modlook in the box on the right and in due course staff will be able to give you some advice.

Hi there,
That site, and the upgrades connected to it, belongs to the username, sebastianbruckner. Only that user can manage upgrades, or request a refund.
If that person is no longer involved with the site, he’ll need to transfer ownership of the site to another user.
