no kitchen sink icon

  This problem occurred a month or so ago. I went to the blog and it doesn’t have both lines of icons as I start a new post. Specifically, it doesn’t have the “W” so I can insert from Word and keep the stanza lines of poems. When I posted this about a month ago, I was given a list of things to do and did all except one or two and then discovered that it wasn’t just my computer and it was only this blog and not my other one. So, it’s not the cookies and the cache, etc. Something else is going on – again. Sigh. The reason I know it’s not just my computer is that I finally had my son pull up my new post page on his computer and it did the same thing. When I reported those last two things, it was turned over to the techs and I was then told by a tech (I suppose) to click on the kitchen sink icon and it was there then. It’s not there now. It is on my other blog.

  When you say “my other blog” which blog exactly are you talking about? What browser and version are you using? Are you in compatibility mode? Are you using the Visual or Text editor?

  Maybe I was in text, because when I clicked visual, the kitchen sink icon did come up and I clicked on it and got the other line. Somehow, it must be switching on me sometimes because I open it up one day and suddenly it’s gone. Anyway, thanks for pointing me to visual/text. I thought I had already clicked back and forth on it, but maybe I hadn’t.
