No knowledge

I have no idea what I am doing. I don’t understand the layout, instructions to do stuff or even what most of the things mean. Can anyone help me to get a site up and running? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/goran and that’s where set up instructions for it, and the live demo site link is found.

Maybe I didn’t explain myself. I do not understand the tutorials or anything else that I have tried to understand. No amount of links have helped me, what I need is someone to actually show me by direct engagement how to do what I need. My comprehension is very limited and computer lingo is way beyond my ability to understand. I need someone that is willing to spend the time needed to show me, and for free. Think of me as a 4 year old who knows little if anything about computers. The youtube videos are a nightmare for me, they just confuse me. Okay, with that said, is there any help for me? Can I find someone to help me without paying anything? Thanks.

Hey, you succeeded to navigate back to this thread, so that’s something. :)
If you need step-by-step instruction, I’d really recommend starting with the newbie tutorial at https://learn.wordpress.com/ and/or signing up for The Daily Post’s intro to blogging:
https://dailypost.wordpress.com/blogging-university/blogging-fundamentals/You can take both of those for free and at your own pace.

I have done both, to no avail. It seems my brain is incapable of taking in, and processing what I am seeing. Could be an aging thing, but I have found that when I have someone breathing to ask questions of, and someone who can explain, in the simplest terms possible what I am seeing, then It is easier to “get it”. Seriously, I am probably among the handful on this earth who just don't comprehend how computers and associated things work. Youtube, tutorials and reading doesn't work at all for me. See my problem? Thanks.

Then I’m afraid there’s really not much more I can suggest if you found the Learn WordPressdotcom tutorial complex. Perhaps you can find assistance at a local WordPress meetup group.
We can try to help here in these forums, just take it one thing at a time. Trying to do many things at once is confusing.
As far as your site is concerned, one thing I would suggest is switching to a simpler, blog-focused theme, like Independent Publisher2 or Button2 or Penscratch2. The theme you are currently using may have too many options that you don’t really need (Goran is usually used as a business template).

I live in a town of 800 so there is no meetup group anywhere near me. I’ll look at the other themes, but again I just don’t comprehend what I am reading. I would like to find someone who would work with me over the phone, as that is my only connection to the outside world. Thanks.

Having no knowledge and being clueless applies to a lot of people with new blogs/sites here. Otherwise there wouldn’t be so many questions for timethief to answer :).
As long as you can read you’ll be just fine. The great thing about posts and pages on blogs is that if you aren’t happy with them its easy to delete them and try again. You’ve only had a site for two days. It took me two years of messing around with a WordPress.org site before I ever started my “real” one here at WordPress.com.
What do you want to achieve with your new site? You’ve already managed your “About” page. Are you writing about any subject in particular? The first baby step is to click on “My Site” “Posts” and “First Blog Post”. Change the title and the few words in the body of the post. Start writing!! Then click “Publish”. That’s a start isn’t it. Feel free to return to the support forum when you’re ready to add images, categories and other weird stuff that will soon become second nature.
