No Like button

  I cannot get the Like Button to show on my post
  I have checked the “Show a like button” as indicated here
  “WordPress.com Like Button
  Show a like button and who has liked my post on all of my blog posts above the comments section”
  Any suggestion will be appreciated.

  The Like buttton shows when you view a single complete post, not when you view your main page. Check this, for example:
  https://texarty.wordpress.com/2011/04/13/party-politics-seniors-independents-capitalism-tea-party/
