No link to import

I just signed up for a WordPress account and want to move my existing Blogger blog here. It seems easy enough but when I go to the support > import page, I don’t get any links (http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/). The import menu shows up as a screencap with nothing clickable on the page besides “Import Attachments.” I can’t click anything to import from Blogger, which I know should be pretty simple.
What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried on both Safari and Firefox on my MacBook and would appreciate any help you can give!

Maybe you can help me. I have successfully imported the XML file yet am lost as to how to proceed from here. I scripted my blog from Blogspot yet due to internal formatting am unable to recreate it as it is.
How did you implement your import?
