No link to update credit card details

  I’d like to update my credit card details for my domain name (letterstoourchild.com) as the card I used for my site has since expired. However, there is no link to do so. Please advise.

  Hi Cynthia,

  Please make sure you are logged into the account that purchased the upgrade. Currently the username: cynthiacm is not the account that purchased the domain. Log into the other account and you will see the link to renew it by going to Store > My Upgrades in your account.
