no links menu in my dashboard

  Hi. I am building a new site right now and I want to have a blogroll in the right sidebar. i’m using Hemingway Rewritten as a theme. I’ve added the Links widget but there is no Links menu in my dashboard so I can’t add any links to it. WordPress dashboard has been updated since my last blog so maybe I just don’t know where to look but does anyone know how I can add links to a blogroll?

  The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/link-manager.php

  Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in those URLs with the actual name of your blog.

  I think you are you referring to creating and Blogroll in your dashboard Links section http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/ and displaying it in the Links widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/#cant-see-the-options
