  I want to ask a couple questions to wordpress directly and it’s going into forums and further instructions there should be a chat with us button and there is not

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Live chat is available for people with a site hosted here that has a Premium plan or higher. If you have a free site (or no site yet at all) then you can ask your questions here in this forum.
