    if I upgrade to paying monthly i.e. Premium or Business WHY CAN’T I HAVE LIVE CHAT

    Well I was considering the “Business” plan on the monthly basis, however because my son has been unable to drive his rideshare business over the last year we may have to wait for several weeks to a month and downsize to the “Premium” plan. ACE Charter Vehicles had a website with WordPress before he had his driving problem, I don’t know if you can find it.

    I came to WordPress because I had been there before and I didn’t consider anybody else, i wonder if I was right?

    Looking at the Ace Charter Vehicles Facebook page (if that is indeed you) two domains are listed. Both are currently available to purchase. Looks like they expired.

    The Facebook pages are mine, I create all computer work for my son, I am his father and 80 years of age so any website that I created would be in my sons registered business name – ACE Charter Vehicles.
    I don’t like facebook and thats why I let it Lapse but I may eventually go back just to create a page for my son!

    But we come back to the fundamental question about LIVE CHAT as I have said previously maybe I may have to go elsewhere!!!

    Those domains have nothing to do with Facebook. You could upgrade your free WordPress.com site and register one of those domains. Or you can build a site elsewhere if the lack of Live Chat with monthly payments is a dealbreaker. Bear in mind that other hosts may or may not have the support found here or Livechat. You have already received this feedback when you have a free site.
