No Live Chat/Premium Support

  I have a WP Business plan including Domain+G Suite email. But now for 2nd time in last 7 days it is shows error stating “You are no longer a user on XXXXXXXX and cannot manage this purchase. Contact Support”

  This means then I can do nothing while waiting for them to sort it out and the last time in took 2 days to hear back. Guessing that because of the issue it doesn’t show my account as premium support so assume then they are slow reply as low priority. Then there is no Live Chat shown anywhere, probably for the same reason. This is very frustrating for service paid for.

  i Will be tagging a Staff using the madlook tag to help you regarding your issue.

  You can call any thread to staff’s attention by adding the tag modlook to the thread. Happiness Engineers work through all tagged threads every day, replying to oldest threads first.
