No live support

    I’m on the monthly Creator plan & don’t see any live chat.. Why’s that? They really removed live chat for monthly plans? WordPress going downhill

    Hi there, AFAIK Live Chat support has always been available on the annual Explorer, Creator and Entrepreneur plans. You can learn more about this in this guide.

    If you need assistance with your WordPress.com site, your support choices are support by email or asking here in these community forums, where your questions may be answered by volunteers and/or forum Staff.
