  I am building a new website and I can no longer access the WP dashboard when I put the domain followed by /wp-admin nothing happens

  Hi there,

  I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/sites

  Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there?

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  hi Jerry,

  I have multiple sites, the others all work fine and the login window appears. on this one nothing and the website seems corrupted
