No Login Access: error "Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output.

    I am getting the error “Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. “. Cannot login to my site. No admin access. (or any login)
    Here is what I have done:
    – Have cleared cache / history.
    – disabled all plugins (error log showed plugin All In One Calendar was causing problems)
    – set theme to generic twentyfifteen
    – disabled mu-plugins directory
    – new keys from SALT
    – within phpMyAdmin – ensured site and home are the same swyc.ca
    – tried it on various browsers and machines
    – generic .htaccess file
    – replaced wp-login.php with master code from github

    Not aware of any server side changes that would have caused it.

    The actual site has been up and running for many years and this is the first error that has stumped me to get it solved.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, you are in the wrong forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
