No longer able to see changes in self-hosted images in editor

    I’ve always self-hosted my images. If I wanted to change the size, I could simply go to the text editor, change the width or height via html, and see the change in the editor. (I am using the classic editor, by choice.)

    Suddenly, the only way I can see changes is to preview my post. It’s quite a frustration, especially with a photo-heavy entry. Any information on this? Might it be the result of a WP change, or has a bug popped up?
