  https://carlylubert.wordpress.com/ was deleted many years ago. Only sites deleted in the last 30 days can be restored.

  However, you can create a new site with any other similar, available URL by clicking the “Add new site” button at the top right of https://wordpress.com/sites

  And with a plan subscription, you can add a free domain (for the first year) name to replace the .wordpress.com address, for example somethingcool.com, from one of the available extensions here.

  Can you tell me more about what type of website you want to create this time?
