No longer have access to domain
-
We have a WordPress blog that is unreachable on the internet. We had hoped that redirecting to a different domain name would solve our problem but it is still inaccessible. The original url that is inaccessible is Cristianocaffieri.com. The domain name we purchased that we hoped to connect it to was Caffierieroticstories.com

Hi there!
I will be happy to help!
First, you set up a redirect that cannot work because you caffierieroticstories.com is not a registered domain. You will want to delete this redirect here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/caffierieroticstories.com/redirect/caffieri.wordpress.com. Now, your site should start working under caffieri.wordpress.com.
Then, you will want to register caffierieroticstories.com domain from https://wordpress.com/domains/add/caffieri.wordpress.com
You will be asked to add the plan to the site as this is needed to be able to purchase custom domains and fully use the site. You can find all plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing, including prices. Some features of the Personal plan: it will give you ability to set that domain as a main one, you will get access to our email support and the ads will be removed.
Regarding the https://cristianocaffieri.com domain, it is not fully connected. If you want to keep using it with the site you will need to change the name servers at GoDaddy (registrar) to ours:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comMore details: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
If you have any more questions let me know!
