No longer have access to our admin login

  We recently lost our login access to our site. The employee handling the site is no longer with us and will not provide the information. How can we create an account/user either via fpt or cpanel so that we can login to the site

  There are 2 kinds of WordPress install and 2 different support communities. One consists of the WordPress.com world (where we are now). In this world we are all hosted at WordPress.com and we have no ftp and no cpanel. This is the support forum for that world.

  Your mention of those items leads me to think that you might be using the WordPress software but are hosted at a hosting company (the term for your site type is “self-hosted”.) the WordPress support of that version of WordPress is provided at https://wordpress.org/support/.
