  I no longer have access to the email to log in to wp to access this domain. I do not have the 3 points of identification requested, and not sure if there is any way to recover my account. I need to renew my domain before it expires next month.

  I believe the only this I have access to is the bank transaction ID, but what I see under transaction description in my bank account does not look like the example in the document you shared (my ID includes lowercase letters). Is this the correct ID?
