no longer have the administrator privileges
-
I used to be able to change things for my client on her website but now no longer can? She did not change anything?? Why did these settings change? Password still the same?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Is the website you need help with the one you’ve linked to or a different site?
When you go to this page, what do you see your “user role” is for that site?
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogsIs it possible you need to be logged in with a different username?
-
I’ve gone into the link above and am able to see the dash board but it does not reflect my user role.
-
If you don’t see the user role column at all, click the Screen Options tab in the upper right corner and check the box for “Role”.

I forgot to mention that I am Cariema Isaacs. Bjorn who got in contact with you before is my Brand Strategist.

Dear supernovia
I want to make some development changes to my site – i would therefore like to be given administrator rights. if my role has not changes it means that i have always only had the role as an editor.
I would however like to request administrator rights to the site….is this possible?

Can you also confirm who the administrator for my site is? is it someone from wordpress or other?
-
@cariema – you said here the person who got in contact earlier was Bjorn. Did he set up the site here for you on WordPressdotcom? If so, he is the owner/administrator of your site.

Hi Jennifer, he says he is not the administrator. Is there anyway that you can have the roles amended to have me as the administrator please?
-
I am trying not to get frustrated but it’s impossible to get online support fast enough. All I need is for someone to change my role to administrator, then to tell me who the administrator is.
