No longer receiving emails from sites I follow

    For some reason since moving to Office 365 cloud the emails which I did receive for sites I am following no longer land in my inbox. Is there something I need to change my end to receive the emails? I have done another subscription to my gmail and I am receiving those. I miss my daily fix of Civil Litigation Brief

    Thanks for replying. I have already checked spam area and quarantine. When doing a message trace it finds nothing so I have set up a rule to bypass the spam with the IP address and see if that works. I’m hoping Monday I see the emails come through

    Still not working but I can see it hits on premise in exchange but fails due to a transport rule, if it didn’t fail then it would redirect to office 365. Now its time to discover which transport rule that might be. Its fine if you have a handful. The needle in the haystack search continues.

    Found the issue it was a transport rule causing all the problems. As the emails were not visible in message trace I went down the on premise route and that is when I discovered it was a transport rule causing the issue. Once I removed the rule the mail started flowing
