No Longer Receiving Emails When Readers Comment On A Blog Post

For so reason I no longer receive an email when comments are made on my blog. A few weeks ago it was working fine, not anymore. I’ve checked the settings and everything appears to be as expected. Any other suggestions?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
