No longer recognizes my account

  I tried to log in using my (email visible only to moderators and staff) username and it isn’t working and says that I don’t have an account.
  When the other admin goes into wordpress, it says that I am there, but I still can’t access it. When I tried to do a reset password, it won’t recognize the account. Can you let me know what’s going on and how I should proceed to get access to the account?

  Where are you trying to log in to as your account juliegentreocom is only a few minutes old.

  I was directed to create a new account. Even after a couple of days, it’s still not recognizing the website that I used to manage with that account.
