No longer recognizes my mp3 files and lowered maximum size

  For months, I have uploaded audio files on a weekly basis, then WordPress creates a new format, and now it says “file type not allowed” and the maximum size has been reduced to 10 MB.

  This is my podcast. I need to upload it immediately.
