No longer require WordPress cancel direct debit

    Can we please close my account and stop the direct debit. I haven’t used this site for a long time

    I see that you were able to close your account. There was no history of charges connected to this account, so I would make sure that the charges you were incurring were not a part of a different WordPress.com account.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
