No longer use wordpress

    I’m no longer use word press but it still make me paid. I need help is a lot of money with a person like me. Please respone soon.

    Hi there,

    For what upgrade, and on which site are you being charged? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us. If you’re being charged, it’s for an upgrade under a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
