no longer using the site

    Hi there,
    I am no longer using this site, and I canceled the wordpress subscription but I was not credited back for the charge. Can someone please assist?

    It looks like you have canceled your subscription outside of the 14-days refund window, that’s why no refund was processed.

    Would you like me to restore your subscription instead? If you’re not using all the perks of plan Premium, we could downgrade it to Personal instead. You’d still keep your site with no ads, and with access to email support. Let me know, I’ll be happy to help!
