No luck connecting twitter to home page

  I have tried about 10 times to connect my home page http://www.humanerevolution.org with my twitter account @johannaclear Every time I click on ‘enable’ it says ‘whoah, looks like something went wrong, go to your twitter to authorize.” when I click on “go to twitter” all I get is my twitter home page but I don’t see any menu that connects this home page with twitter. please help.
