  No me carga el tema completo para poder personalizarlo, solo que carga parte y no se porque ocurre eso, si alguien me puede ayudar.

  I seem to have the same issue. After I select the ‘Edin’ design, it says that it’s ‘Active.’ However, after I click on ‘Customize’ and I am redirected to my site, I still see the default theme that I selected when I created the site.

  He logrado ver el personalizador desde Google Chrome y Opera sin problemas. Me han cargado los paneles de contenido del tema, así como el resto de sus opciones.

  Es posible que tu navegador tenga alguna extensión, complemento o bloqueador que impide que el personalizador cargue correctamente. Puedes entonces intentar desactivar los complementos (si los tienes), probar con una pestaña o ventana en Incógnito / Privado, o usar un navegador distinto.

  Como alternativa, puedes vaciar el caché del navegador que estés utilizando, cerrarlo y probar nuevamente.
