  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  I will reply in English because my Spanish is not the best :)

  I see that $13 was refunded was initiated for domain mapping back on November 10th, 2016. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to post back into your account.

  Please let me know if you have not received your refund by Tuesday, November 22nd.

  It will post back into the account that was originally used to make the purchase.
