No Media upload possible

  Media is empty and I can not upload any (new) pictures at all. Please help. Thanks.

  Hi there, since it looks like you’ve just signed up for a WPcom account and I don’t see any site associated with your current username, could you let us know which website you are working on?

  If you are using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.
