No Menu tab in Appearance

    Hi, I am trying out word press before I decide on a subscription and with all the tutorials I have seen I cannot seem to figure out why the is no Menu tab in Appearance. I have tried a few themes, bu they all do not seem to support this basic function. Have I overlooked something?…
