No menus in my wordpress dashboard but only theme and editor.

I can find the menu in the appearance; I only have themes and editor and there is NO help from customer support. It is 3 days now. Is there no human support on WordPress?

Hi there @mwatatewele12 if your above Private site is using a Block Theme, you’ll find the navigation block in the Site Editor.

Hello @mwatatewele12! I just checked your site preciousgiftsinclusive.school, and noticed that you’re using the Kentwood theme instead of Divi. Could you please confirm which site you’re experiencing this issue on?
If I understand correctly, you’re having trouble finding the Navigation block. In that case, please check out this guide on how to add blocks to your site:

There is literary no block to add; when I click the + sign, all I see is post, media, page and user.

@mwatatewele12. I hear you! The block editor is still relatively new for many folks, and it can feel a little overwhelming at first. The good news is that once you get the hang of it, you’ll probably find it really flexible and even start to love working with it.
If you’re having trouble uploading a screenshot here in the forum, you can upload it to your site’s Media Library instead, and we’ll be able to check it from there.
