No monthly option to upgrade my account to business

    I want to upgrade mysite from Personal to Business, but pay monthly. I did it before when my plan was Business, but I’m not seeing the option for monthly now. I tried the links I found in similar posts, but none of them offered a monthly plan. How can I pay monthly when upgrading.

    Hi there,

    It isn’t something you can do on your end, but we’d be happy to assist you with changing your plan from annual to monthly. Since you just purchased the Premium Plan today, that $96 could roughly cover the first 2 months of the monthly Business at $40/month, and then you’ll be charged ~$24 for the third month, and then $40/month moving forward.

    If this sounds good, please confirm that you would like to update your plan from annual Premium to monthly Business, and we’ll take care of it for you.

    Hi Kristen,

    I’ve made the switch to the monthly Business plan. The next renewal will be in May, and it will be $24. Then, the price will automatically be adjusted to $40/month.

    Also, go to your Purchases page and add a payment method to your plan. This way, it’ll be renewed in time.
