no more acces to premium site – wordpress does not recognise me anymore!!

  I am writing from my private blog (which is dormant) because i have no acces anymore to my business site wich is: lemasdelafontaine.fr

  The login page just doesn’t recognise me anymore!! it’s virtually as if i never had an account. The site is still online.

  I am a premium customer which means i paid 80 euro (in october) for the use of wordpress.com, there is no way to contact wordpress directly so i hope someone can help me through this forum.

  My domain is being transfered for the moment tot PlanetHoster, i guess that is where something went wrong?

  So, as you note, you are posting from an account that is not the owner or admin of lemasdelafontaine.fr. So using this account you will be unable to access that site’s administration pages.

  When you log out of the account you are posting from and try to log into your other account (please do so here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php ), what exactly happens? Are you seeing an error message?

  Thank you rootjosh for taking interest.

  When i tried to log in on the login page the user name was not recognised. (ERROR: Invalid email or username. Lost your password?) When i ask to resend password i get back: ‘Unable to reset password – I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.’

  i used my other account to enter wordpress so that i could communicate with you ;-)

  Now i am 24 hours further and there seems to be a problem with my browser (Firefox), since the login worked/works fine with Google Chrome. My problem is thus resolved, i can acces my pages again, but the problem with Firefox remains, still getting the same error messages. I will need to re-install it i guess?

  i still do not understand how it is possible technically, but most important is i can get to my pages again.

  Hmm, that is odd. I can’t think of any Firefox specific issue that would cause such a problem.

  I would say that reinstalling/updating might be the best bet.

  Hello, I have not been able to login to my WP dashboard (mojoinkng) for days now, I have tried the “lost password” option, I received a mail for my verification key, when I click the link it tells me “this key appears to be invalid”… I just paid for this and ive not been able to post just once…. please I need a solution asap. thanks

  Is this regarding https://mojoinkng.wordpress.com/? If so, the issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://mojoinkng.wordpress.com/.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the https://mojoinkng.wordpress.com/ dashboard.
