no more comments notifications on the upper right side of my blog

i want to do something to not receive my comments notification up in the right side, where i see my likes notifications…I already see them at my dashboard panel….i wanna see there only..can i do something about this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are referring to that little orange colored notifications button that appears on the Admin bar and that only you and not your visitors can see then we cannot disable it.

That’s kind of stupid, we should be able to disable it.
I’m being bullied by an idiot on a cheezburger site. My usual way of dealing with this kind of thing is to hide their comments so they can’t reach me, or block the person if sites settings allow.
Without being able to stop their comments, I keep being hit daily with fresh ‘barbs’. It’d be really nice to be able to put a stop to that!

I agree that we should be able to disable this function. In fact, it is only recently that I had begun to receive the comments in the orange notification box in the top right corner. The number of comments can be seen on the Dashboard and we don’t also need them in the notification box as well. If this was a modification from a recent evolution, can WordPress not provide an option for the users who prefer only have notifications of likes and new followers? Thanks for your help.

I think this is a good feature. It tells you who replied to your comment on someone else blog or you replied them on your blog. Imagine it’s not there or disabled then what happened?
No commentor will be able to see you replied them back.
You can not see someone replied to your comment.
But this really has made communication better. -
Well, the point is that we already have indications of a comment on the left hand top bar if you hoover over the name of your blog. For those who like the feature, then they can always keep it activated. For those of us who find it renunant, we can disenable it if we had the option.

We bloggers do not have the option of disabling this notifications feature. If you want an opt out from using this feature please commenuicate directly with Staff as we Volunteers cannot assist you with your issue. -
It’s even notifying me that I’ve replied to comments on my blog. I wish that would stop.

It would be even better if I could right-click and open those comments in a new tab. Seeing the comment in context is important.

I’m very simple and basic as you well know. I simply want to be able to disable each and every new and wonderful feature ie. improvement if that feature does not suit me.

I am no longer getting notified when someone replies to a comment I have left on a wordpress.com website other than mine. It only seems to notify me when I receive a comment or a like on MY blog.
It was very convenient to track replies and conversation thru that notification. Have I possibly unintentionally turned it off somewhere? How can I get it back on?
