no more emails update to followers

followers don’t receive email update as usual.I have the blog singe 1year and half.It is 1 week they do not receive nothing and I noticed a decrease on the visiy yo my blog.I didn’t change anything.Any clue?Thank you

I undestand time but as a premium blogger in 4 days Iost all likes from my page because NO EMAILS ARRIVES TO THE FOLLOWERS!!! didn’t touch anything,followers write me why they do not receive email notification anymore.Please…move

I’m checking into this issue for you. I am seeing that the emails have been sent by our servers to a cross-section I chose of your followers. Are there specific followers who have told you that they haven’t been receiving notifications of your new posts? If so, I can look them up individually to determine if they are having specific difficulties with their subscriptions.
I have followed your blog and will be able to test the email notifications when you next post. I see that there is a post scheduled for tomorrow. I will let you the moment I receive the email — or if I do not. We can troubleshoot further from there.
Also, if any of your users would like, we can help them on an individual basis, if they want to leave us a note here.

Hello there,most of the followers have this problem,from here,germany and also USA or Italy.Moreover they go directly on the blog,click like but the avatar doesn’t appear.Is 2 days that I have really a couple and it is not normal but some others receive the email rally few,I realize this because when I load a picture after few minutes I receive an email that they like but there is no avatar.Very strange.They try to unfollow and follow again but doesn’t help.Last year I had the same problem but unfollowing and following again was solving the problem.Waiting for your news.Have a nice day

Ah! I would like to see what your visitors see instead of the ‘avatar’ you mentioned. I see everything working properly on my end, but it will help very much to see what you are seeing.
If possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.

That was an excellent suggestion to have them follow/unfollow. Did you also ask that they check their spam settings? Do you happen to know if they had similar email clients? For instance, did they mostly use gmail.com for instance?

Hi again,without pics is very simple,followers don’t notification emails for new posts,unfollow-follow doesn’t help,I can now see avatars of who said like but 2 followers (my wife) and another girl from Hamburg suddendly found their avatar changed when they push like.Some people from united states wrote me that they don’t receive notification mails since a week.But surfing on blogs around I saw that many people also on wordpress.org had kind of same problem and it is not a matter of settings for new followers because these people are following for more than 1 year.As I told you last time re-follow helped,now…no.If you can check followers elenagasbarro or baerbelkerner1 they stopped receiving mails and their avatar changed with no reason.lauramacky wrote me that the page said she is not a follower (following me since 1 year). Hope you can do something.Thanks for the support

I visited the account of elenagasbarro and see that this person is not signed up to receive notifications of your posts:
I visited the account of baerbelkerner1 and see that an email notification of your blog post was sent on October 3, 2014. That email was sent from our server. Once an email leaves our server, I can’t track its path, of course. I see the user is a gmail user (as is the previous one). Please have him/her check the Social tab in gmail.

Please also have your email followers check Spam to make sure your notification is not there.
I can send a test email to baerbelkerner1 to make sure that person can receive WordPress.com email, if you like. Let me know.

From what I can tell so far, it appears as if your email notifications are indeed going out. Please tell the followers who are not receiving your notification:
- Check your spam/junk email box. If your email client gives you the option to unblock specific email addresses, try allowing *@wordpress.com (all emails from the domain) and/or (email visible only to moderators and staff) addresses.
- Make sure you to uncheck the box next to “Block all email updates from WordPress.com blogs you follow” on your Email Delivery Settings page.
Regarding the issue with the Gravatars, this has nothing to do with your site, but seems to be an issue with their Gravatar account. Please have them log into Gravatar.com and make certain that their photos are correct under “My Profile.” If they have any struggles with their Gravatar accounts/images, they should get in touch with us directly.
