No more image title "tool tip" option?

  We used to be able to add a “title” to our inserted images using the old image editor, such that when someone hovers a mouse over the image, a “tool tip” appears. It doesn’t seem possible to do that anymore with the new image editor. Is there a way around this? Thanks.
