No more our website on my WORPRESS.COM ?

  Hi, we have a web site : wac2019.fr
  but it’nt appear on our WORDPRESS.COM profil in ‘My Site’ list ?? So we can’t access to admin it ?

  I would say your site is connected to another account as your site is much older than your account rabbitstrawberrysun84098.
  As you have a paid plan, you can very easily restore access to your other account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  That domain belongs to a different account, yes. Please follow the account recovery steps to regain access to the correct account if you no longer have the login details.

  Thanks for your reply, but I’ve made the process for acount recovery (I’ve the good login and password for my account.
  But when I log, I see on the right panel the focntion to modify the page of the website, but there is always an error message on all the options by clic.

  When i try to connect to my website by : https://wac2019.fr/wp-admin/
  I’ve this message error :

  But I’ve no message received in my inbox Email ??

  Hi –

  wac2019.fr is working. It loads a WordPress.com site. The name servers are pointing to WordPress.com as well. It’s set up on a business plan with domain mapping in place.

  Write back if more help is needed.

  Hello
  I know all of that, and the site wac2019.fr works and it’s on line, and was created by me in 2019 on wordpress.com hosting. I know all this!
  But since 2019 I have not manage or modify this site anymore. I would like to reconnect with the account and the login of the time which worked perfectly, but now I no longer have access to the administration of the site. Neither by passing my account on wordpress.com nor by passing as I did at the time: wac2019.fr/wp-admin/ which shows me the error message previously sent in my other message.
  So I can no longer modified my site?

  You will not be able to access https://wac2019.fr/wp-admin/ while you are logged in as the moinefrancisco account, because this account does not own that site, and is not a user on that site.

  You will only be able to log into that site if you log into WordPress.com first as the wac2019 username.

  If you are logged in as that username and still get an error, open a new support request while still logged in as wac2019 at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and our live chat support team can help troubleshoot what’s going on.
