No more website, or email!

  Hello.
  I have a domain name from Register.com; a few years ago, a web designer switched the content of my website to wordpress. Now, I can no longer gain access to my website (www.eloquentenglish.com/home), or to my email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  What is going on??? Register.com said it seemed as if all the files were taken off … would wordpress do that for some reason?

  Sorry to hear your having problems with your site. It appears that http://www.eloquentenglish.com is actually a self-hosted installation of WordPress. This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com.

  Please ask your question on How-To and Troubleshooting, as that WordPress.org support forum is better equipped to field your questions.
