No names, just numbers

  Both author’s names and commenter names have disappeared from my blog and have be replaced by “[1].” This is a bit of problem since my site has multiple contributors and I’d like for people to know who wrote what. I also notice that this has happened to other sites so I’m hoping this is just a momentary glitch.

  Hi there!

  The issue you mentioned is actually being caused by a bug. The developers are already aware of this bug and a fix will be deployed very soon. You won’t have to do anything to fix the issue on your end. Thank you for understanding and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.

  The fix was just deployed :-) That means that this issue should now be resolved on all sites using WordPress.com.
