No Notification of Blocked Comments

A colleague attempted to comment on my latest post. He didn’t receive any notification that it wasn’t accepted, and neither was I, but it never got posted. He had some links on there, which may have been why it was blocked. Just concerned that I never got a chance to accept/moderate it even, and wanted to see if it was truly lost. Is there anywhere to check? I don’t see any spam ‘folder’ or location on the site.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi eweker, You can review your comment settings by going to My Sites, Settings, and Discussion. Make sure you have email notifications turned on. You can also set whether or not comments need to be manually approved before appearing on your site. This page has more detail on the discussion settings https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#before-a-comment-appears

You can check to see if the comment was filtered as spam by going to your dashboard (mathematiciansmusings.wordpress.com/wp-admin) and click on the Comments tab on the left hand side.
