No notifications for sales on website

    Can I get a prorate for my website? I finally set up the site set up the paypal gateway and Im not receiving any notifications that a sale has gone through or a notification sent to the customer the order was placed. I have enabled the email option in my settings it doesnt trigger anything. Ive downloaded WP Mail Log also talked to Skyverge and they were not able to fix the problem. Talked to Paypal not their issue when its a debt or credit sale that isnt directly processed through a Paypal member log in. Ive exhasusted my options and would like to get a prorate for the money I paid for the website since it cant work with proper business transaction function.
