  97 Followers did not recieve post notification, apparently starting today May 13, 2014.
  Am I supposed to take any specific action?

  Post published today 2 hours 15 minutes ago does not appear in RSS as well
  So not only notifications are concerned, but subsequent RSS based newsletters as well.

  Posts published immediately trigger a notification as usual.

  Issue is with scheduled posts.
