NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME — I have paid for a guided transfe and need contacted.

    Hello,

    I have been charged $129 for a Guided Transfer on 3/14 (ref # 40 via Pay Pal) and I did not receive any sort of email confirmation from WordPress.com and no one has contacted me regarded my guided transfer.

    I am very concerned and want contacted immediately.

    One of our Guided Transfer staff contacted you via email on March 14th approximately an hour after you purchased this upgrade. Please check your email account’s spam folder to make sure it didn’t get flagged by accident. It will reference ticket #1499711.
