No one is answering live chat or emails to support

I can’t use WordPress at all, I’m not a web designer and have wasted so much time on this site already. I’m a small business owner and this is costing me my money and time. No one answers the live chat or support emails, I’ve been waiting 3 days for a response. WordPress is the absolute worst. When is anyone going to respond or get in touch with my issues?

This is happening to me too! I originally set up my site 6 years ago. Support was wonderful then and answered in minutes. I decided to revise my site this month and support has gone way down hill. It’s been three days since they last responded to me, and the last response was an incorrect answer that did not work. I wish us both luck. If you happen to find a better website provider, please let me know, as I may have to switch.
