  Hi, I am waiting for an answer from 10 August, its showing “Our Happiness Engineers usually respond to support requests within 24 hours” but its 3 days now.

  Will someone resolve this issue? Because the guys from WP Rocket are not really helpful:

  I have a problem with installing one of the plugins.

  As I dont have any update notice I have tried to uninstall and install WP Rocket, But now i have an issue with installation: “Upload problem: 403. An error occurred while installing the plugin.”

  The error 403 is a standard HTTP status code indicating that the web server understands the request but refuses to authorize it. This could be due to permission issues, incorrect file permissions, or server configuration problems.

  Our Happiness Engineers found a problem with the plugin maker’s file but managed to help install it anyway. So, I’ll mark this as closed now. Do let us know if you have any other questions.
